These resources are for parents of children with ADD or ADHD and for teachers and therapists working with children who have been diagnosed with or have characteristics of ADD or ADHD.

Auditory processing is the ability to hold a series of auditory input in short-term memory. Auditory processing is one way we receive information. If there is a problem with information coming into the brain, then learning is diminished. Our approach to auditory processing looks at the involvement of the external sense of hearing and the developed skill of listening. How this information is being received, processed (comprehended), stored and then recalled is a significant key in learning. A focus on enhancing the auditory processing ability through specific brain-stimulating activities builds stronger and more efficient pathways between the brain and body. With greater neuro-efficiency, learning becomes easier and academics more successful.
