Order Processing: Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 2 business days for in stock items. Back ordered items will ship as soon as available.

NOTE: Delays may occur in processing, shipping, and delivery during peak seasons such as Back to School (August) and Christmas (December). All estimates are business days and exclude holidays and weekends. During winter months, some areas of the country may also experience delays because of severe winter weather.

Standard Shipping: Once shipped, orders are usually received in 5-14 business days for Standard Shipping. Orders are shipped by USPS Media Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or UPS Ground at our discretion for Standard Shipping.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, Expedited Shipping can be selected during checkout. Expedited orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3 Day Shipping at our discretion. Please allow 3-5 business days for Expedited Shipping after your order is shipped.

Express Shipping: (Available for in stock items only) Express Shipping can be selected during checkout. Express orders are shipped by USPS Express Mail or UPS 2nd Day delivery at our discretion. Please allow 1-3 business days for Express Shipping after your order ships.

Overnight Shipping: Overnight shipping is available upon request for most in stock items. Please call or e-mail for a quote. Shipping charges vary depending on package weight and customer zip code.

International Shipping: International shipping is available upon request to most countries. Please select Canada for orders shipping to Canada. For all other orders shipped outside the United States, please select International Shipping. Shipping charges vary depending on order total, package weight, and destination country.

Insurance and Signature Confirmation: Although all orders are shipped with tracking and/or delivery confirmation, we cannot guarantee against loss, theft, or misdirected mail. If you require insurance or signature confirmation for your order to guarantee delivery, please request these items in the comments box during checkout or e-mail within 30 minutes of ordering. Insurance and signature confirmation items are billed separately. If you will be out of town or live in an area that is not secure for deliveries, please consider insurance or signature confirmation to safeguard your order.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it in new, resaleable condition along with a copy of your receipt and original packaging within 14 days. Please call for a return authorization number before returning your order. Bundles and sets must be returned as a complete package or the price will be adjusted to remove bundle discount.

Please package the return carefully. Returned products must be received in New, Resalable Condition to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any refunds will be minus original shipping and postage costs plus a warehouse restocking fee.

Software Returns: Software may NOT be returned for a refund due to software licensing, encryption, etc.

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective please return within 14 days along with receipt and original packaging for exchange of like merchandise only. Please call for exchange authorization number.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdirected Packages: All orders are shipped with Tracking and/or Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments. If you need an order sent with signature required or insurance to protect against loss, theft, or misdirection, please add a note in the comments section during checkout or send an e-mail with the request. You will be billed separately for the actual cost of such items.

Other Information:

We buy our products directly from the publishers, manufacturers, or their distribution warehouses, and we are at their mercy. Sometimes our publishers change the ISBN numbers, the number of pages, the title, the software version, etc. without any notice or warning. Although we try to keep our website information up to date, we sometimes miss a slight change as in with the last digit of the ISBN number or with a printing version. Also, we are human and make typographical errors on occasion. These slight discrepancies, changes, and errors are natural parts of the business. We will correct our website as these items are found. The product descriptions and information are given for the buyer's reference and convenience only, and they are not intended as a legal or binding description. Occasionally, an item is out of stock at our store or at the publisher's warehouse. Again, we try to ship complete orders as soon as possible, but out of stock items will be delayed in shipment.
